Who can participate in the Mevlana Exchange Programme?

All academic staff who work in a national or foreign higher education institution, on condition that the higher education institutions signed a bilateral Mevlana Exchange Protocol, may participate in Mevlana Exchange Programme. Academic studies of the academic staff as part of the mobility can not be less then a total of six hours per week. In calculation of the studies of the academic staff in hours, lessons are taken as a basis. In the event that weekly course hours do not add up to six hours, academic activities such as seminars, panels and conferences are considered in this context. Academic staff mobility plans that do not include lecturing activities are not considered within the scope of Mevlana Exchange Programme and are not accepted for exchange.

How many times and how long can an academic staff participate in Mevlana Exchange Programme?

For one academic year; academic staffs’ mobility period for Mevlana Exchange Programme may be a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 89 days for one time only
