1. Please send the missing documents (1st semester transcript and language certificate)
   for your selected students if there are any.,

2. Please fill the letter of acceptance and send it to us.

   We will sign and send the acceptance letter back to you.
3. After receiving the signed letter of acceptance, students need to complete the
   attached learning protocol. You can find the course information from the following link.
   https://ebs.omu.edu.tr/
   
   Due to the time limitation, we will provide you the Letter of Acceptance before finalising
   the learning protocol.
   
   Any questions related to the academic issue, please contact the related faculty/departmental
   coordinators. You can download the Mevlana Coordinators list from here. /coordinators/
    
4. Once the learning protocol is finalised, please send the signed version to us.
   More information about the Mevlana Exchange Programme Learning Protocol
   The Study protocol is the protocol signed by the higher education institutions performing the
   exchange which includes the curriculum and the credits of these courses defined before the Exchange period is initialed. In this protocol, courses and their credits which the concerned student will take in the higher education institution and substitution and credits of these courses are clearly specified. By signing, Student states that the courses are approved and are to be attended. The Home higher education institution confirms that the courses taken by this protocol are admitted. Accreditation of the courses is approved by the administrative board of the concerned academic unit. The study programme admitted with this protocol shall serve as the purpose of the programme that the student currently studies.

   Letter of Acceptence
   Student Scholarship Agreement
   Student Declaration
    

Required documents after exchange:

1. Student Certificate of Attendance
2. Student Final Report
